The assembly of gear mechanism MK-G/L and MK-G/R

in SKT OPOTERM system

Two types of gear mechanism are available in the offer:

  • left gear mechanism MK-G/L,
  • right gear mechanism MK-G/R.

1. Mill template SF-G

2. Cutter Ø 11.7 mm F11,7-G

3. Press tool for safety ring PNP-G

 

Assembly

Using the template (SF-G) and cutter (F11,7-G) [1], reduce the height of the pivot in the plate for motor WSU up to 8.5mm [2], then apply rubber brake disc [3].

3 MONTAŻU MECHANIZMU KORBOWEGO SKT

Place the gear mechanism bracket with positioning bushes [4], then tamp the clamping plate (e.g. using a hammer) on the bracket pivot using the press tool for safety ring (PNP-G) [5]. Pay attention to block all the clamping plate teeth on the pivot.

4 MONTAŻU MECHANIZMU KORBOWEGO SKT

For a better attachment of the gear mechanism bracket is advisable to rivet it additionally [6] using the holes in the plate for gear mechanism WSU [7].

5 MONTAŻU MECHANIZMU KORBOWEGO SKT

Screw the plate WSU with gear mechanism to the end cap using a set of two fasteners ELZ M5 [8]. When screwing the whole attention should be paid to avoid the screws collide with mechanism bracket - it is recommended to place screws diagonally [9].

6 MONTAŻU MECHANIZMU KORBOWEGO SKT

Insert gear mechanism into the bracket [10], put on the protective cap [11], and then turn it to protect the gear mechanism [12].

7 MONTAŻU MECHANIZMU KORBOWEGO SKT

Note: Positioning axis of the properly installed Cardan joint PC-G 45 and PC-G 90) should simultaneously run through two positioning bushes.
