The recruitment procedure at ALUPROF S.A. involves several stages and, at the end of the procedure, the successful candidates will start a fulfilling work, in a pleasant atmosphere and professional work environment.
STEP 1. JOB VACANCY ADVERTISEMENT
Each recruitment procedure commences with the advertisement of a job vacancy, informing prospective candidates of the detailed requirements for the post. Applications from candidates are thoroughly analysed as regards a candidate’s competence and whether they fit in with our requirements.
STEP 2. THE INTERVIEW
Candidates whose qualifications are the most suited to our expectations are invited to attend a job interview, so that we are able to assess their competence and skills and also motivation for work.
STEP 3. DECISION AND INFORMATION
If a candidate is successful in all the interview stages he/she will join our team. We will notify the candidate by telephone and, at the same time, inform him/her of the conditions of employment and invite the candidate to come to our offices in order to complete formalities connected with the commencement of employment.
STEP 4. INFORMING OF THE OUTCOME
At the end of the recruitment procedure, we provide feedback on the outcome to all candidates who were invited to an interview and thank them for attending.
