Prototype facility, Training center, Service group – to our business partners, we offer technological support and technical consultations to overcome technical problems both at Aluprof premises and on-site. In addition, we support our Customers by telephone, e-mail, and most importantly, we offer external training along with theoretical and practical trainings that take place regularly at Aluprof in Opole.
All new solutions marketed by Aluprof are first performed in the Prototype facility, then Customers are trained in the fine performance of complete products based on pre-configured system components. On-site customer visits offers even more training opportunities – the employees work at their working areas, with their own tools. During the visit, the cooperating companies receive detailed information on the optimal organization of the workshop and on well-defined operating rules. Thanks to this co-operation, Customers achieve greater productivity by eliminating errors, checking machines or just getting advices on prefabrication, which ensures trouble-free operation afterwards. Service group is flexible and knows how to quickly respond to all demands for service reported.
